Control Valves
Gas and air control valves for flow adjustment. Optional for manual adjustment or installation on a gear motor. Aluminum valves from DN 40/25 up to DN 150, stainless steel valves for media temperatures up to 450°C from DN 50 up to DN 600.
Air butterfly valves with solenoid actuator in DN 40 up to DN 150 (VFH DN 40 - DN 80) for ON/OFF controlled burner systems. The stopper of the VFH-series provides lowest leakage rates.VFH-valves are applicable up to 450°C air temperature. All valves are equipped with an adjustment for the minimum and maximum air flow. Alternatively are slow opening or fast opening actuators available.

- Smoothly running requires low torque of electrical actuators
- Simple mounting due to installation inside flanges acc. to DIN 2632 and 2633
- Different possibilities of adjustment allow wide range of usage
- Adjustment scale and fixing device complete the devices
- Operating pressure: 30kPa (300 mbar)
- Ambient air temperature: -20 ... +100°C (Version K ...H up to 500°C)
- Any position possible (considering the flange-fixing screws)

- Solenoid operated valve with spring-loaded butterfly disk
- Flow adjustment and position indicator
- VF-series for cold air (up to 200°C) and VFH for preheated air (up to 450°C)
- High flow rate but low leakage rate
- VFH-series with molding for low leakage rates
- VF-series available as continuous operating control valve with gear motor RA 310 or RA 500
- Suitable for pulse mode and permanent operation
- Valve body made of aluminium alloy (VF-series) or cast-iron
- Connections from DN 40 to DN 150 (VF-series) and from DN 40 - DN 80 (VFH-series)
